Terms of Service

By using our services, you agree to these terms. Pup Yard Cleanup provides pet waste removal and dog-yard cleanup services in our published service area.

Pup Yard Cleanup is owned and operated by SM Digital Ventures LLC.

Recurring Plan Minimum Service Policy

Recurring service plans require a minimum of 3 completed service visits before cancellation takes effect. After the first 3 completed visits, customers may cancel their recurring plan anytime before their next billing cycle.

Quotes & payment

Customers do not pay on the website. After your estimate request is reviewed, an approved quote, invoice, or subscription link will be sent for your review. Payment happens only after the quote is reviewed and approved.

Access & safety

You agree to provide safe access to your yard. If we cannot access the yard due to a locked gate or unsafe condition, a return visit may be available for an additional fee. For safety, dogs should be inside during service unless otherwise arranged.

Disposal

Pet waste is double-bagged and placed in the customer's outdoor trash bin unless another approved disposal method is arranged.

Services not offered

We do not provide lawn mowing, grass trimming, landscaping, leaf raking, snow plowing, junk removal, pressure washing, trash-to-curb, dryer vent maintenance, deodorizing, sanitizing, spraying, chemical treatments, or any truck-based services.

Pricing

Posted prices are starting estimates. Final pricing may vary based on number of dogs, yard size, cleanup level, access, frequency, and service area. Because every yard is different, final pricing is confirmed after your estimate request is reviewed.
