Terms of Service

By using our services, you agree to these terms. Pup Yard Cleanup provides pet waste removal and dog-yard cleanup services in our published service area.

Pup Yard Cleanup is owned and operated by SM Digital Ventures LLC.

Recurring Plan Cancellation

Recurring service plans may be cancelled at any time before the next billing cycle. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle; no partial-month refunds are issued for visits already completed.

Quotes & payment

Customers do not pay on the website. After your estimate request is reviewed, an approved quote, invoice, or subscription link will be sent for your review. Payment happens only after the quote is reviewed and approved.

Dog safety & access

You agree to provide safe access to your yard. Customers are responsible for ensuring all dogs are secured indoors or away from the service area before Pup Yard Cleanup arrives. Pup Yard Cleanup may refuse or reschedule service if dogs are loose, unsupervised, aggressive, or present in the service area at the time of arrival. A return visit fee may apply if service cannot be completed due to unsecured pets, a locked gate, or any other unsafe access condition.

You do not need to be home for service as long as we have safe access to the yard, all dogs are secured indoors or away from the service area, and gate/access instructions are provided.

Disposal

Pet waste is double-bagged and placed in the customer's outdoor trash bin unless another approved disposal method is arranged.

Services not offered

We do not provide lawn mowing, grass trimming, landscaping, leaf raking, snow plowing, junk removal, pressure washing, trash-to-curb, dryer vent maintenance, deodorizing, sanitizing, spraying, chemical treatments, or any truck-based services.

Pricing

Posted prices are starting estimates. Final pricing may vary based on number of dogs, yard size, cleanup level, access, frequency, and service area. Because every yard is different, final pricing is confirmed after your estimate request is reviewed.
