Question 1

How much does a pooper scooper service cost?

Accepted Answer

Pricing depends on how many dogs you have, the size of your yard, and how often you'd like service. Our recurring plans include one dog; each additional dog is +$15/mo weekly, +$10/mo biweekly, or +$20/mo twice-weekly. Larger or overgrown yards may need a custom quote. See the Pricing page for current plan rates.

Question 2

What if my grass is tall or overgrown?

Accepted Answer

Lawns must be mowed and maintained regularly. In overgrown or tall grass, scooping covers visible surface waste only, as buried waste cannot be reliably located. For the most thorough cleanup, please mow before your visit.

Question 3

What if my yard hasn't been scooped in months or has a lot of branches?

Accepted Answer

Our service covers the collection and removal of visible, accessible dog waste. It does not include clearing branches, sticks, overgrown brush, or heavy yard debris. Yards with severe accumulation, unmaintained brush, or excessive debris may require an adjusted initial cleanup quote before service begins. Uploading a few yard photos when you book helps us quote accurately.

Question 4

How do you quote without visiting?

Accepted Answer

For most yards we use aerial imagery of your property plus the details you share (number of dogs, yard size, access notes) to send a quote quickly — no in-person walkthrough needed. For large or unusual properties, we'll schedule a quick in-person look before quoting. If your yard turns out to be larger or in worse condition than expected on our first visit, we'll reach out before adjusting anything.

Question 5

How often should I have my yard cleaned?

Accepted Answer

One dog: weekly is plenty for most yards. Two or more dogs, or a small yard: biweekly (twice a week) keeps things consistently clean. Twice-monthly works for light-use yards or seasonal touch-ups.

Question 6

Do I need to be home for service?

Accepted Answer

No. Most customers do not need to be home as long as we have safe yard access, all dogs are secured indoors or away from the service area, and gate/access instructions are provided.

Question 7

What if my dog is outside when you arrive?

Accepted Answer

For safety, all dogs must be secured indoors or away from the service area before our arrival. If dogs are loose or unsupervised in the yard, we may not be able to complete service and a return visit fee may apply.

Question 8

What happens if my gate is locked?

Accepted Answer

If we cannot access the yard because of a locked gate or unsafe access issue, a return visit may be available for an additional fee.

Question 9

Where do you put the waste?

Accepted Answer

Pet waste is double-bagged and placed in the customer's outdoor trash bin unless another approved disposal method is arranged.

Question 10

How do I know the cleanup was actually done?

Accepted Answer

Every completed visit is photo-verified. Our technician texts a before and after photo directly to the phone number on your account so you can see exactly what was cleaned — even if you're not home.

Question 11

Can I cancel my recurring plan anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes — there's no long-term commitment. You may cancel your recurring plan anytime before your next billing cycle through your customer account or by contacting us. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

Question 12

Do you offer one-time cleanups?

Accepted Answer

Yes. One-time cleanups are available for first-time customers, seasonal cleanup, move-ins, move-outs, or yards that need a fresh start.

Question 13

Do you offer lawn care?

Accepted Answer

No. We do not offer lawn mowing, grass trimming, landscaping, leaf raking, snow plowing, or truck-based services. We focus only on pet waste removal and dog-yard cleanup.

Question 14

Do you offer deodorizing or sanitizing?

Accepted Answer

No. We do not currently offer deodorizing, sanitizing, spraying, chemical treatments, or pressure washing.
