How much does a pooper scooper service cost?

How do you quote without visiting?

For most yards we use aerial imagery of your property plus the details you share (number of dogs, yard size, access notes) to send a quote quickly — no in-person walkthrough needed. For large or unusual properties, we'll schedule a quick in-person look before quoting. If your yard turns out to be larger or in worse condition than expected on our first visit, we'll reach out before adjusting anything.

How often should I have my yard cleaned?

One dog: weekly is plenty for most yards. Two or more dogs, or a small yard: biweekly (twice a week) keeps things consistently clean. Twice-monthly works for light-use yards or seasonal touch-ups.

Do I need to be home for service?

No. Most customers do not need to be home as long as we have safe yard access, all dogs are secured indoors or away from the service area, and gate/access instructions are provided.

What if my dog is outside when you arrive?

For safety, all dogs must be secured indoors or away from the service area before our arrival. If dogs are loose or unsupervised in the yard, we may not be able to complete service and a return visit fee may apply.

What happens if my gate is locked?

If we cannot access the yard because of a locked gate or unsafe access issue, a return visit may be available for an additional fee.

Where do you put the waste?

Pet waste is double-bagged and placed in the customer's outdoor trash bin unless another approved disposal method is arranged.

How do I know the cleanup was actually done?

Every completed visit is photo-verified. Our technician texts a before and after photo directly to the phone number on your account so you can see exactly what was cleaned — even if you're not home.

Can I cancel my recurring plan anytime?

Yes — there's no long-term commitment. You may cancel your recurring plan anytime before your next billing cycle through your customer account or by contacting us. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

Do you offer one-time cleanups?

Yes. One-time cleanups are available for first-time customers, seasonal cleanup, move-ins, move-outs, or yards that need a fresh start.

Do you offer lawn care?

No. We do not offer lawn mowing, grass trimming, landscaping, leaf raking, snow plowing, or truck-based services. We focus only on pet waste removal and dog-yard cleanup.

Do you offer deodorizing or sanitizing?

No. We do not currently offer deodorizing, sanitizing, spraying, chemical treatments, or pressure washing.
